Sunrise Over "Frog Rock" in the historic Red Rocks Park outside of Denver, Colorado. This is one sunrise photo from over 140 sunrise shoots performed starting in August 2009 to January 2, 2010 in Red Rocks Park, Colorado. There's not a better way to understand how to capture an iconic sunrise other than shooting every day for as many consecutive days as possible. For 140 consecutive days Red Rocks was the perfect place to conduct such an exercise. Obviously a memorable sunrise was not the result from every days shoot but just the act of daily shooting was necessary to be at the right place at the right time. I hope you enjoy the fruits of a small percentage of the shoots that resulted in photos worthy of exhibiting.
